Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our facility connected to the Ujiachilie Program. The role involves working with children and vulnerable individuals to support their physical, emotional, and developmental needs. The therapist will assess patients, develop individualized intervention plans, and implement therapeutic activities that promote independence, daily functioning, and overall well-being. Collaboration with caregivers, social workers, and medical staff is essential to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid registration with the relevant professional body in Kenya
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental or special needs, is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to serving vulnerable communities
